One friend experiences a series of unexpected medical and anatomical mishaps that constantly disrupt her plans. Another tries to find sexual satisfaction within her heterosexual relationship, but gets entangled in a fierce rivalry with a female classmate that unexpectedly shifts into a romantic affair. The third focuses her efforts on pursuing and winning over her school crush, a transgender classmate.
