Although already 35 years old, he is good friends with Umar who is only 9 years old. Alim's and Umar's houses are close to each other but separated by a river. Therefore, Alim has to cycle using a rather distant road route every day to meet Umar. Alim and Umar think of an alternative to build a wooden bridge to cross the river that separates their homes. In fact, the idea came about after he had to use the long route to take his mother to the hospital for treatment, which took a long time. However, their idea is not accepted by the village chief, Pak Samad. Alim and Umar are determined to build the wooden bridge with their own hands even though they do not receive help from the villagers. Cast of the telemovie Titi Kayu
