Heroic: Sabin Howard Sculpts the National WWI Memorial

Imagine watching Michelangelo paint the Sistine Chapel. HEROIC is a heart-palpitating behind-the-scenes look into the studio of Master Sculptor Sabin Howard as he races a deadline to complete a lifetime project in just 4 years: with the world watching. One sculptor's brute force talent in the face of an impossible task-- a visionary punching up through the bureaucracy. It's not just about the art: sculpting serves the world in honoring veterans. Conflict in the studio: everybody gives everything. Love, betrayal, treachery. Who will rise and who will fall?
