A burnt-out composer named Antoni takes in Dorothea, an enigmatic, fragile young woman with a history of mental illness. As her intense emotional honesty and strange, otherworldly nature challenge his cynical worldview, his deep fear of vulnerability prevents him from truly letting her in.
